Windy Hill Equestrian – 2026 Horsemanship Camp

Located at the beautiful equestrian facility at Fremont Hills Country Club in Los Altos Hills. Our camps offer beginning horseback riding through advanced levels.

Enjoy daily horseback riding and handling experiences. Learn grooming and tack up skills, as well as anatomy of the horse and horse psychology. Enjoy presentations by world class veterinarians and farriers. Learn about different breeds of horses, riding disciplines, and horse care and stable management.

Our Horse Play sessions are open to all levels and are all about having a fun time while learning horsemanship skills through games on and off the horse. Each week will have a different theme and have a different craft. We will play lots of games on and off our horses, including relay races and bareback day! This camp is open to riders of any level age 7 and up.

Our Jump For Joy sessions are geared to our more advanced riders, who will focus on jumping fundamentals, course designing, and show competition. In this camp we will study different jumping disciplines, we will repaint our jumps, learn how to prepare the horses in proper show turn out, and of course ride and jump with our horses! We will end the week with our own mini “horse show.”

Jump For Joy: July 6-10 & July 13-17

All camps meet Monday-Friday from 1:00-5:00
