Team Windy Hill has kicked the 2020 season off on a great start at Desert Circuit with a great crew of horses and riders! We are excited to see everyone continue to grow and progress as we move through the winter circuit and the 2020 season.
Week II
- Dakoda and Icebreaker were 2nd & 4th in the 1.30m 7 Year Old Jumper.
- Dakoda also finished 6th with Quel Quidam in the 1.10m Jumpers out of 72 entries.
- In the hunter ring, Dakota earned top ribbons with Don Pedro out of 54 entries. Emma also had success aboard Don Pedro in the Adult Amateur Hunters and Equitation divisions.
- Autumn Glory had top rounds with Dakota in the 3′ Hunters out of 50 entries, and had great rounds with Mackenzie in the 2’9″ Adult Hunters including a win in the under saddle.
- Mia M. and Condora won in the Children’s 2’3″ both over fences and under saddle.
- Madison finished 2nd with Bogarnd and 6th with Lady Bird in the .80m Jumper. She also earned 6th with Echri and 7th with Dollar in the 1.0m Open Jumper out of 57 entries.
Week III
- Natalie and Guappa Van De Kalevallei earned 5th of 26 in the 1.20m Junior Jumpers.
- Neve and Jolene won in the Children’s 14-17 Hunters.
- Madison and Gatsby earned great ribbons out of 30 entries in the 2’9″ Hunters. Madison also had two great trips on Bravo in the .80m and .90m Open Jumpers.
- Emma and Don Pedro placed consistently in the 3’3″ Amateur Owner Hunters. Dakoda and Don Pedro also topped the 3’3″ Performance Hunters placing 2nd out of 50.
- Mia M. and Condora had earned good ribbons in the 2’3″ Children’s Hunters. Madison also piloted Condora to a win in the 2’6″ Hunters.
- Samantha placed 3rd in the Low Adult Jumper Classic with Quel Quidam. Kay and Dollar followed placing 4th in the Classic.
- Mia R. won in the .70m Non Pro Jumpers with Bogart and placed 2nd with Elevenstar Ping Pong.
- Dakoda and Icebreaker finished 2nd in the 1.30m 7 Year Old Jumper. He also finished 2nd with Duanda of the Lowlands Z 1.40m Jumper.
